We are a family owned and run business since our founding in 1976. We’ve grown from a 35-person company to a 1,800-person organization designing, making and shipping products all over the world.

One thing that hasn’t changed is our desire to be the best in the world. Our goal is to do business "RITE". To us this means:

1) Renew – We recruit top people and provide the best technology available. As a family owned company, stock price and dividend pressures do not distract us. We reinvest in our business – over $100 million in the past few years alone. Our people come from many cultures, backgrounds and companies. What they share is a passion for our business.

2) Integrity - Every Rockline associate is asked, “Do what you think is right – every day.” These simple words can make for tough choices, but we’ll never stop trying to do the right thing.
